At Royal Sea Scope, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.

Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior cancellation will not receive a refund.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to booking dates or times may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to make any changes.

Weather-Related Cancellations

If a tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
